BLACKLIST: KOALATY KRATOM
In our 20 year history, it’s inevitable that once in a while we’ll get a client that ignores repeated requests to respect the private number some clients get to have direct access to me. Partly because of repeated late night texts, and partly because of the foul language the client uses whenever they don’t like something said to them, they were asked to delete the private number, and to use the main 800 number instead.
On the day of this posting, which was MAY 5, 2026, the client again ignored both the request to use the main 800 number, to stop calling my private number outside of business hours (regardless of the reason), and to please refrain from using the foul language he has used in our exchanges whenever he gets upset.
That request was ignored yet again.
SHORT VERSION: There was in issue with a BTC payment. We previously texted the client and instructed them to wait for an updated wallet address because the one in the email was invalid. They said they were going to pay with credit card, so we assumed the issue was resolved. A week later, an errant system email was sent to the client that had the same invalid BTC address. Instead of asking us for the updated BTC address, the client chose to send payment to the same invalid BTC address.
Since I could see how our instruction could be unclear, I started composing a text to the client to tell them that we weren’t a good fit for them. The repeated foul language, repeated ignoring of clear requests to not use the private number they were given anymore, made it clear we weren’t the lab for them.
FURTHER CONTEXT: The last entry in the exchange below was a screenshot of one of the previous texts I sent the client, reminding them for a 2nd or 3rd time that they had already been asked to delete the direct private number.
The company is Koalaty Kratom in Pensacola, Florida. Your experience might be better, but this pattern of behavior occurred multiple times. This is not the kind of client we wish to engage with.
